THE VISION
To help prepare, equip, empower and perfect the Bride of Christ according to Ephesians 4. The emphasis is on intimacy with Jesus and restoring your First Love through a study of the books of Song of Songs and Revelation. It is about experiencing the manifest presence of Jesus through practical Praise, Worship and Intercession dancing. The courses are presented from an Apostolic perspective and the prophetic is very important in both courses.

Die klem is op intimiteit met Jesus en terugkeer na jou Eerste Liefde deur middel van 'n studie van die boeke Hooglied en Openbaring. Dit is om die fisiese manifestasie van die teenwoordigheid van Jesus deur middel van praktiese Lofprysings- en intersessie danse te beleef. Die kursusse word vanuit 'n Apostoliese perspektief aangebied en die profetiese dimensie is baie belangrik in albei kursusse.
About us
Bridal Love Ministries was founded by Poppie Hauptfleisch in 2004. Poppie studied at the Universities of Pretoria and Unisa and obtained a Masters degree in Afrikaans Literature (Cum Laude). In 1989 she completed a 2 year, Accredited Diploma of Advanced Bible Knowledge at the Cape Town Bible College. In 2001 both Deon and Poppie completed a Bible School Diploma, at the Bibleschool of His People Christian Church, in Cape Town. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience and has been involved in ministry in various fields since 1984. She believes strongly in ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit to children as well as adults. She was part of two healing and deliverance ministries for six years and in 2004 the Lord called her back to her original calling and Bridal Love Ministries was born. The vision is to help equip, empower and perfect the bride of Christ by calling her back to her First Love through prophetic praise and apostolic teaching on the two end time books Song of Songs and Revelation. Poppie was ordained as Pastor at Equip and Empower Ministries in January 2007. Deon and Poppie have been happily married for more than 30 years and they are blessed with three wonderful children and three beautiful granddaughters.

In 1989 verwerf Poppie 'n Geakkrediteerde Diploma in Gevorderde Bybelkennis aan die Kollege van Kaapstad. In 2001 voltooi beide Deon en Poppie 'n Bybelskool Diploma by die Bybelskool van die His People Christian Church in Kaapstad. Poppie het meer as 20 jaar onderwyservaring en is sedert 1984 in die bediening betrokke. Sy glo sterk aan Heilige Gees bediening aan kinders sowel as volwassenes. Sy was vir ses jaar by twee helings en bevrydingsbedienings betrokke en in 2004 roep die Here haar terug na haar oorspronklike bediening met ‘n nuwe visie. Bridal Love Ministries word gebore met die opdrag om te help om die bruid toe te rus en terug te roep na haar Eerste Liefde deur middel van lofprys- en intersessiedanse en profetiese, apostoliese lering rondom die eindtydboeke Hooglied en Openbaring. In Januarie 2007 is Poppie as Pastor by Equip and Empower Ministries geordineer. Deon en Poppie is vir meer as 30 jaar gelukkig getroud en is geseën met drie pragtige kinders en drie kleindogters.
The Children's ministry
History
During the intercession meetings for the May 2007 Song-of-Solomon camp at Sandbaai, the Lord gave the intersession team several words as well as images of a baby being born. This camp was the first of our bigger camps and at the same time, the ministry was officially registered. Therefore, the intercessors felt that the Lord was giving us the image of the baby to confirm that the ministry is officially born. However, the Sunday of this particular camp was also Mother's day. After the camp, some of our intercessors felt that the ministry actually matured and started to give birth to other babies (ministries) during that time!
In the following couple of months, we saw the birth of the children's ministry, manifest into the natural! The Lord laid it on Poppie's heart to start to teach children the book of Revelation. Our generation grew up with the idea that the book of Revelation is too difficult to understand and therefore it was rarely read by adults let alone taught to children. However, the Bible teaches us that the gospel is so easy that children can understand it. In addition to that, today's children are being bombarded by occultic teachings. They play dragon cards at school - yet nobody teach them who the real dragon is, that he was already defeated by Jesus Christ at Calvary, and what his future look like!
During the same time, the team started to prepare for the October 2007 Song-of Solomon camp. The Lord gave one of the intercessors a picture of "a house full of children". Because of this, we wondered how these children would be occupied during the camp. At that time, we had no children registered for the camp. One night the Lord woke one of our team members and impressed it on her heart that she had to write the children's program and that it should teach the children to have an intimate relationship with Jesus, through the story of the bride and Bridegroom, as described in the book of Song-of-Solomon. In this way, whole families could come to the camp and all go back home with the same experience, which could be continued in their own homes.
Since 2007, we offered both Revelation and Song-of-Solomon as courses and children's programmes on our camps. In addition to this, the Lord opened the doors for us to start with smaller study groups in homes and at other venues, for example, community centers and a house for children that are awaiting trial.
We are hoping to have the children's books available in the near future. It truly is an amazing experience to see how the Holy Spirit ministers to the children and how the Lord Jesus is working in children's lives to prepare this part of His bride to be ready when He comes!
